Release OpenCMIS

Hi Florian,
 
I saw emails stating, that the tests of a new version have finished. What are your plans? Could you please release it?

Hi Andreas,

the release process at Apache and the artifacts have been changed since 
the last release and our release recipes don't work anymore.
I have to do some major changes to compile a valid release and my time 
is limited at the moment. But I have not forgotten it...
