Branching is around the corner!

Dear all,

According to our release schedule:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NETBEANS/Apache+NetBeans+11

The next release branch creation is less than two weeks from now!

Please create your PR-s also try to make them reviewed and merged!

As you know after the release branch has been created the PR's needs to
be marked with cherry-pick to be considered to be included in the release.

Also I have not heard too much from the NetCat team recently, I wish
they could update the Release Schedule table on the wiki.

Thank you!

Are we sure the enterprise cluster is being included in the builds, i.e.,
that it is part of the daily builds and upcoming voting candidates?
