The document at http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/2.9.0/guide_cordova-webview_android.md.html#Embedding%20Cordova%20WebView%20on%20Android seems to have some information which is out of date for Cordova v2.9.0.

* Bullet Point 1 says: "Use bin/create to fetch the commons-codec-1.6.jar file."
Isn't this unneccessary in v2.9?

* Bullet Point 5 says: "...copy them from /framework/src/org/apache/cordova/DroidGap.java"
DroidGap is just a placeholder. Guide should refer to CordovaActivity.java

* Bullet Point 5 says: "@Override" methods
Something has gone wrong with the document formatting. Parts of point 5 override methods are not readable.

* Bullet Point 7 says: "Copy cordova.xml and plugins.xml"
plugins.xml was deprecated by config.xml
