[jira] [Updated] (REEF-1967) IMRU Fault tolerant for master evaluator

Julia updated REEF-1967:
------------------------
    Description:
Currently, IMRU fault tolerant only handle the recovery if map evaluators fail.As update evalautor is just one of the evaluators, the probability of the failure is actually not low. Therefore we should cover update evaluator failures in fault tolerant as well.

We can use this JIRA to collect all the data that need to be persistent in update tasks during the fault tolerant recovery and the strategy for the checkpoint.
