[jira] [Resolved] (CLOUDSTACK-1150) Documentation for libvirt on Ubuntu 12.04

Wido den Hollander resolved CLOUDSTACK-1150.
--------------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

This has been fixed by commit a996e43bbd259867d2a7a69231978d9ba8d12e13

I didn't see your review in time, but it also documented it in a different way.

This should match the Ubuntu 12.04 behaviour now.

> In docs/en-US/hypervisor-host-install-libvirt.xml, we are told to modify:
> "exec /usr/sbin/libvirtd -d"
> However that line looks like this in 12.04:
> "exec /usr/sbin/libvirtd $libvirtd_opts"
> Therefore the documentation should be updated to direct the user to modify:
> env libvirtd_opts="-d"
