WS-DM examples

Hi all,
I just resolved the QPID-1606 issue.
A set of WS-DM related examples are now under a dedicated "examples"
folder. Note that as I told you previously there's a lot of code duplication
between each of them.
I'm talking about the executeExample() method which contains the core logic
of each example.

Now, the final (moreless) step is to add a web admin console (@Carl, after
that I'll shout :)) so you guys (at least whoever is interested and / or
curious) will be able to play with it :)
The console will take about 3 days (I'm going to start JIRA 1581).

Best regards,
Andrea
