Why not from the current directory ?

Hi,

I recently install mod_perl-1.26 + apache_1.3.20.
This, had modify my web utils as httpd, apachectl
in the bin directory of /usr/local/apache.
I can use it except when i'm in the /usr/local/apache/bin .
Is there something wrong ?
Why I cannot !
