Spring Framework 5.3.9 includes a number of minor improvements over version 5.3.8.

Spring Security 5.5.1 aligns with Spring Framework 5.3.9 and addresses CVE-2021-22119 in spring-security-oauth2-client, which NiFi does not use, but appears linked in vulnerability reports.
