MySQL DataSource param in server.xml (TC 4.0.1)

Hi, I'm using MySQL and i need to configure DataSource resource parameter in
server.xml. I wonder what to input here:
<Resource name="jdbc/whatever"
.......
<parameter><name>driverName</name>
<value> ? </value></parameter>
......
</Resource>
