Hi team!

So happy to read so detailed documents and use such great a library.

during the reading and using, i found it seems no blocking read support on HTTP file server.

https://opendal.apache.org/docs/rust/opendal/services/struct.Http.html#capabilities

but the `blocking read` seems to be just pending on implementation.

May i know whether the team has plan on it? thank you!
