svg tests
I have managed to create a document with all (ok not all, a number of
them cause exceptions) the test cases in the w3c svg test suite.
It contains the svg, a png containing the correct output and a
description for each test.
These test could be useful to the people doing the awt rendering.
So if people want these to test with I can make them available. They are
about 3.5Mb with around 140 pages.
Considering all that svg can do I think it's doing reasonably well so
far.

After some help from fotis I have placed the svg test suite on the server.
It is in xml.apache.org/dist/fop/svgtestsuite.jar.
Note: It uses png images (for comparison to the svg) and has about 70 tests.
Most likely no-one will be able to generate the pdf without getting out of
memory errors, so comment out lots of them.
Also the switch element will cause a null pointer exception, I should have
this fixed in a few days.

This is nice for testing the SVG features, but it's also interesting to
have this as a test case for speed/size/memory/performance. So it would
also make sense to bring this up as a test example (but not in the
distribution).
