Subject: [sca-assembly] Change to SCA XSD voted by SCA Policy TC - removal
of <operation/> subelement

Folks,

This note is to inform the SCA Assembly TC of a change to the SCA XSD voted
by the Policy TC.

As a resolution of the Policy TC Issue 58, the Policy TC removed the
<operation/> subelements of
both <interface/> and of <binding/> elements. These <operation/> elements
had previously been
present in the Policy specification as a way of attaching Intents or
PolicySets to individual operations
within an interface. With the advent of the "external attachment" mechanism
for attaching Policy to
elements (Policy Issue 15), the separate <operation/> element mechanism is
no longer required
and is removed to improve simplicity.

Yours, Mike.

Cool, I guess this can go in when we start looking at the OASIS compliant
changes.
