[C1 PATCH] user agent support in command line

The following patch adds support for specifying a user agent in the command
line. I sets a user agent in the EngineWrapper if one is specified in the
command line using the -A option. In addition the patch also allows for the
output to be sent to stdout if no output file is specified.
