Josh Thompson closed VCL-285.

Resolution: Won't Fix
Fix Version/s: (was: 2.4)
I created this issue. Removing a user's access does not take long after looking the user up in User Lookup. Having a black list user group would not add much.

> It could be useful to have a special user group named "blacklist" to be able to quickly block a user from having access to anything. The authorization code would check for users to be a member of that group, and if so, negate any other access.
> User's current reservations should not be reloaded. The frontend could change the state to something like 'freeze'. The backend would then kill any connections, block access, and possibly power computers off.
