   This PR introduces `hoodie.query.as.ro.table`: #3120 .  The behavior of `CREATE TABLE LIKE` with Hudi in Spark SQL stays the same when `CreateHoodieTableLikeCommand` implementation is added.  So this is likely an issue from the beginning.
   
   @mansipp @CTTY and I have discussed this offline. @mansipp will follow up with a fix on COW tables and further investigation on MOR tables.
