Changes from v1.01b to current

Where can I find the changes/notes from v1.01b (Sourceforge) to v1.2-rc2
(Jakarta). Despite the package reordering from com.lucene to org.apache.lucene
everything runs fine.

Or is the current one v1.02-rc2?
