Revert "Reduce the poi-integration test heap back to 2g (#1364)" (#1380)
This reverts commit d7126365c51443358b119e59f07363aca484e06d.
With 2g, TestAllFiles still runs out of heap on some CI runs: the Ant job
for #1377 logged "Retried waiting for GCLocker too often" and then the
JUnit launcher died, and a Gradle Java 17 job for #1375 stalled in the
build step for 40+ minutes while the same commit passed elsewhere.
