SVN bdb bug

Hello All!

svn fails on every repository access.

Here is my apache2 error_log (xxx.xxx replaces original ip):

[Fri Aug 22 10:29:30 2003] [notice] Apache/2.0.47 (Unix) DAV/2
SVN/0.27.0 configured -- resuming normal
 operations
[Fri Aug 22 12:03:28 2003] [error] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] A failure
occurred while recording one of t
he items of working copy state. [500, #160029]
[Fri Aug 22 12:03:28 2003] [error] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] Berkeley DB
error while storing representat
ion for filesystem /opt/subversion/repositories/core/db:
Function not implemented [500, #160029]

Now every operation with repository shows 'Function not implemented'
message.

RedHat 9 Linux 2.4.20-20.9 #1 Mon Aug 18 11:27:43 EDT 2003 i686 athlon
i386 GNU/Linux
db4-4.0.14-20, db4-devel-4.0.14-20, db4-utils-4.0.14-20

Subversion built from source tarball 0.27.0: ./configure
--with-apxs=/opt/subversion/httpd/bin/apxs
with Apache 2.0.47 (goes first): ./configure
--prefix=/opt/subversion/httpd --enable-dav

PS. sussman is too strict, so I bugreport here.
