[Bug 118866] "Home" and "End" keys on keyboard do not work in Writer

I tried on a Dell OPTIPLEX 780 on a Windows 7 64-bit machine and was unable to
replicate the bug. Moreover, my keyboard is also a Dell keyboard. It appears
from your description that your keyboard functions properly with other
applications. You might have custom shortcuts built-into OpenOffice using the
"Home" and "End" keys preventing them from functioning the way they're supposed
to. Check your keyboard shortcuts and clear any shortcuts using these 2 keys.
