rest client pom - final name

Hi All,

I see following in airavata rest client pom file [1].

 <build>
                <finalName>airavata-rest-client</finalName>
  </build>

Just wondering why we have this. Due to this jar generated
is airavata-rest-client.jar and distributions does not include this jar.

I am planning to remove above. If you have objections please let me know.
