[jira] [Resolved] (ACCUMULO-4190) Remove nav menu activation on site

Christopher Tubbs resolved ACCUMULO-4190.
-----------------------------------------
    Resolution: Done

Rather than remove activation, I fixed all the broken instances where it wasn't working for internal links.

> Some of our pages set a "nav" parameter in their front-matter, in order to highlight the corresponding menu item when that page is currently navigated to.
> However, this isn't very useful in the drop-down menus we have now (more useful if we had a side-bar menu), and it's being done inconsistently (not always used, and sometimes highlights the wrong item).
> It'd be simpler to just strip out the nav front matter on all pages for now, for consistency. We can start using it again if we ever switch to a side-bar menu which is always shown, or some other menu which makes it useful again.
