   # [DRILL-8144](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-8144): Cannot launch Drill 1.20 RC 4 on Windows

   ## Description

Typo fixes in sqlline.bat, bump of winutils to 3.2.2, move rdblue/brotli-codec to "provided" scope so that it does not break startup on Windows and ARM.

   ## Documentation
Add to the docs that users should provide their own brotli-codec jar if they want to work with such Parquet files.

   ## Testing
Install and start Drill on Windows using drill-embedded.bat

> There are syntax errors in sqlline.bat.  Winutils needs to match the Hadoop libs version of 3.2.2.  The brotli codec jar breaks startup due to a missing Windows native lib.
