CocoonServletRequest under Jserv is not the same under Tomcat

Hi all,

I finally managed to get Cocoon working with Tomcat. Apparently, Tomcat
doesn't like Cocoon 1.7, but Cocoon 1.7.4. Now I'm trying to get Cocoon
parsing some dynamically created XML.
But all Cocoon is giving me is this "java.lang.ClassCastException" which is
the result of

            CocoonServletRequest myReq =  new CocoonServletRequest(document,
req);
            cocoonEngine.handle(myReq, res);

which tries to cast the myReq to a normal request. This works under JServ
though, but Tomcat however seems to be a different case. As with Tomcat it
doesn't seem to be possible either to load Servlets at startup too.

Does anybody have an idea on this ClassCastException?

Thanks already in advance,
Koen Serry
