RuperSet ready for work on actual integration with ruper.

I need some pointer on where to start for the actual download.

The 0.9 eclipse plugin is working for me, but I changed to https from
the command line with
svn -u me switch https:/svn.apache.org/.......

Yes, but the Eclipse plug-in (at least the version I use) doesn't seem to
like it.
