Auto-converting action URL to HTTPS ?

Hi all Struts gurus.

I'm working on a site that needs SSL and got it working, but I want to make sure user data is submitted via SSL by rewriting the URL to have the HTTPS instead of HTTP. 

Is there a nice way to do this in Struts or Tomcat ?
What I mean is that I have actions specified for the form the user is filling out, but I cannot see any configuration setting that'd say something like "pass this form via SSL". 

Do you know what I mean ?
