Questions in Jira

More an more people ask questions in Jira. Could we not ask infra to remove questions issue type for OFBiz project ? 
I guess it's not possible because Jira is shared by all Apache projects. I ask in case it'd be possible

Hello Jacques,

I agree with you that it will be difficult to disable question issue type
feature from JIRA.
But yes we can at least ask them about the possibility.

IMO we can also ignore this request because we see only 1 or 2 questions
coming on the JIRA in a month or so.
If we see such questions then we can share the Mailing list link and suggest
them to ask question on dev or user list whichever is appropriate.
