[GitHub] trafficserver pull request #1504: Doc: Cleanup for build errors.

GitHub user SolidWallOfCode opened a pull request:

    Doc: Cleanup for build errors.

    Added a new file to hold cache internal types to prevent undefined type errors.
    Cleaned up some other dangling references, mostly in the cache architecture area.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/SolidWallOfCode/trafficserver doc-2

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/1504.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    I think this could go into e.g. doc/developer-guide/api/functions/TSUrlStringGet.en.rst, I much rather prefer grouping similar APIs into a single file, rather than one file per API.
