March Board Report

Hi,

I haven't seen anything about the March Board report, but I believe we
need to have filed it with the incubator PMC by next Wednesday. I
started a report earlier in the year here and have updated it to say
we are working on our first release. Please review:

Thanks Alasdair. Looks good. I corrected a spelling error and added Rex's name. I think you can move to the Incubator Wiki -- http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/March2010

BTW, the machine hosting the cron job was down on March 1st. There were also some infrastructure changes causing problems with the automated notifications. Hopefully all resolved, now.
