[ANN] Apache Jakarta Tomcat 5.5.8-alpha Released

The Apache Jakarta Tomcat team is proud to announce the immediate availability
of Tomcat 5.5.8-alpha. This build contains numerous bug fixes, documentation
updates, and other improvements.
