That gets me wondering... would it be fair to say that not only this 
FAQ but *all* known FAQs should be addressed somewhere in the book?

Many of them already are.  Other FAQs have been copied from the website
into the appendix.  Other FAQs are inappropriate for the book (like ones
related to building svn.)
