   问题如标题
   这个问题会很方便的解决当柱子数值特别小,用户点击不到柱子的时候,可以点X轴文字来代替,并且不涉及X轴参数不全而导致重新构建事件参数值的问题,很方便
   希望开通一个调用触发柱图上某个柱子cllick事件的接口
