[ANNOUNCE] Apache Geode 1.12.1

The Apache Geode community is pleased to announce the availability of
Apache Geode 1.12.1.


Apache Geode is a data management platform that provides a
database-like consistency model, reliable transaction processing and a
shared-nothing architecture to maintain very low latency performance
with high concurrency processing.

Apache Geode 1.12.1 contains a number of improvements and bug fixes,
including some critical fixes if using TLS communication.  Please note
that 1.12.1 is not the latest release of Apache Geode (currently
1.13.x).
