How to set and display Messages

Hi Folks !

	I have a question regarding how can tell the JSP (witch my
action is forwarding) to grab I18N message form the resource bundle ?
It's not a error message and it the I18N key must be define in the
action.

they are fired on the server side only.

Is there a way I can do that on the client side.
