As announced, I will send the new mod_log_config.c
source to coar@apache.org.

Things been done:
  - get rid of mod_log_agent & mod_log_referer
  - AgentLog        (compatability)
  - RefererLog      (compatability)
  - RefererIgnore   (compatability)
  - RefererReplace  (new)

ToDO: ServerDoc

Please give me a feedback.
