[Xerces-C] Minor Warning (I hope)

When running [runConfigure] I get the following warning...
<snip/>
  creating conf.h
  cat: ./conf.h.in: No such file or directory
<snip/>

I noticed that there is a [config.h.in] and copied it to [conf.h.in].
This (obviously) makes the warning go away.
Everything seems to build and all the tests succeed.
