   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   `DistributedCacheDfsTest.testSubmittingJobViaRestClusterClient` failed again on `master`. Removing the test timeout might give us more clues on where the test stalled to get a better understanding.
   
   ## Brief change log
   
   Removed the timeout configuration.
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
