Description: Unit test {{Org.Apache.REEF.Tests.Functional.Telemetry.TestMetricsMessage.TestMetricsMessages}} fails in master because it depends on the log message being written in {{MetricsService}}. We need to change the log level for that specific message from {{Verbose}} to {{Info}} so that the unit test passes.
