[VOTE Result] Release ActiveMQ-CPP 3.0 RC2

The voting period for the ActiveMQ-CPP 3.0 release has closed, the
results are below:

+1 : 2
-1 : 0

With only two votes the vote did not pass.  A new vote will be called
once a new Release Candidate is created with the latest patches.
