[PR] test(auth): pin the password reset contract [rocketmq-dashboard]

   ResetPasswordDTO carries a password reset. It had no test. This pins: the new password is required and bounded to 8-256 characters (both bounds enforced; a blank password violates presence and length), and the Lombok-generated toString never exposes it (@ToString.Exclude).
   
   ### Verification
   
   - New tests on unmodified code: **4/4 green**, checkstyle clean.
   - Discriminating mutation: the length ceiling raised by one (red).
   - Restored: green. Test-only change; no product code touched.
