Maven SCM Plugin 1.5 RC1 released

Hi,

This is to announce the releaes of a release candidate of the Maven SCM 
plugin for Maven 1.0.

To automatically install the plugin, type the following on a single line:

maven plugin:download
  -DgroupId=maven
  -DartifactId=maven-scm-plugin
  -Dversion=1.5-rc1
  -Dmaven.repo.remote=http://cvs.apache.org/repository

For a manual installation, you can download the plugin here:
