I am unable to publish a SNAPSHOT to mvn repo. Trying to figure it out.  Says permission denied.

> To make a release, we at least need a tarball of src and publishing our jars to mvn repository.  Lets get this much working first.  Can come back later and build a binary distribution that has htraced nicely amenable, etc.
