When installing using the CMake generated installer for Windows 64 bit systems, the default location for the runtime binaries is "Program Files (86)", which suggests to the user that the installed content is 32 bit (to be run under WoW64).

This appears to be a problem in NSIS (the installer generated by CPack in this case). It should be looked at further though, as the problem report I was able to find is several years old.
