Support for Weblogic 6

Hi,

I'm still using Weblogic 6. I see that support for it was dropped
recently. How can I integrate it back into (at least) my version of
Cactus. I have a nightly build version from 2 days ago.

Thanks,

L

Well, my classpath didn't contain the common-logging.jar file in my
taskdef definition. I added it and the error disappeared. In order to
see what the real problem was, I had to run ant with the -v option.

Mind you, it's not logging yet but this particular error is gone.

Could you elaborate on this? I see the same problem when I move from 1.4.1 to
1.5-beta1.

Found it. Turns out commons.logging.jar wasn't properly configured.

With 1.4, I had to create my own runservertasks task. Am I still
supposed to do this in 1.5? This is what I had

    <taskdef name="runservertests"
        classname="org.apache.cactus.integration.ant.RunServerTestsTask">
        <classpath>
            <pathelement location="${fido.cactus.ant.jar}"/>
        </classpath>
    </taskdef>

I run and get this:

file:../../build-cactus.xml:21: taskdef class
org.apache.cactus.integration.ant.RunServerTestsTask cannot be found

I'm sure I'm forgetting something here.

Hi Laurent,

you should still be able to use the Ant script that was included with
Cactus 1.4 in the same way as before. WL is just not supported by the
new Ant integration (the <cactus> task, mainly).
