Retire this component: step "CleanUP"
Removing .github/ is what stops the scheduled workflows firing on a dead
repo, and removing the Jenkinsfile is what drops the job from the
maven-box folder on ci-maven.apache.org. Do not restore either: the
repository is about to be archived read only, and whatever is here when
INFRA archives it is frozen for good.
