1. Updated version from 0.3.0 to 0.5.0-incubator
2. Now, two different archives are generated: codebase and framework
Codebase has the source code, plus a build script for running everything and generating documentation and whatnot
Framework has the compiled xapcore and xapcore-min with all other necessary files, ready to be dropped on a website and run as-is.
Both builds are available as zip, tar, and tar.gz
3. RAT can now be run from build--manufacturing, though it's antCall is commented out by default.

Thanks for the fixes to the build system. I have checked in your
changes and uploaded new distribution files on my people account.
The build system contains two versions:
- "framework" that has a get started application and sample people can
run
- "codebase" contains the contents of the svn repository.
