timeouts

The effect of timeout and keepalive changes seem to have 
greatly increased the number of "send lost connection to client"
messages due to the SIGPIPE generated by moving from the currently
loading URL.

Did I missing something related to tuning this out of the logs.
I thought that was the point of the timeout fixes.

I am using the defaults for TimeOut, KeepAlive, and KeepAliveTimeOut
