Trademark Footer with Forrest

Hi,

I see the Forrest website contains the "Apache ... is a trademark"
footer that is now required.  Looking through the svn history of forrest
it looks as if it was only possible with a patched version of Forrest.
Is this correct or is there some sort of trick that will work with
Forrest 0.8?
