Merge of xmlrpc-dev and xmlrpc-user

Hi,

as voted for in july (see

     http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?t=115398803900002&r=1&w=2

), the mailing lists xmlrpc-dev and xmlrpc-user have now been merged.

This means, that the mailing list xmlrpc-user is now simply an alias for 
xmlrpc-dev. All existing members of xmlrpc-user should have been 
subscribed to xmlrpc-dev automatically.

Please update your address books and remove the xmlrpc-user address in 
favour of xmlrpc-dev.
