We need a hadoop-ozone/interface-server project (similar to hadoop-hdds/interface-server) to define the server2server communication on ozone level.
This project should depend on the existing interface-client which contains the OmRequest/OmResponse definition, and we need to define a sync GRPC service with these calls.
We should generate GRPC stub classes for later use.
