> Enhance ClassificationDef to have a list of entityDef names - that if specified can be used at runtime to reject the association of a classification to an Entity. The ClassificationDef entityTypes are inherited by any children ClassificationDefs. 
> If a parent ClassificationDef is already associated with an entityDef then we should not allow a child classificationDef to be added with this type as it would be confusing.
> Also we will lok to add edges in the graph between the ClassificationDef vertex and the EntityDef vertices.
